* Petronas Towers
At one time the tallest buildings in the world, the Petronas Towers rise up to 452 meters above ground level. The world's tallest "structure" accolade now goes to Burj Dubai, in DUbai. Within the confines of the Towers are the Petronas Philharmonic Hall, the Petronas Art Gallery and also the KLCC Aquaria which as the name suggests is an oceanic aquarium filled with various sea life from sharks to stingrays. Below the Petronas Towers is Suria KLCC, one of the largest shopping centers in Malaysia. * Kuala Lumpur Tower
Menara Kuala Lumpur or Kuala Lumpur Tower was built in 1995 and is situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It stands at 421 meters high and is the 6th tallest tower in the world. If you feel like having a fantastic view of all of Kuala Lumpur then you will find inside the tower a revolving restaurant, which would be a marvellous experience for any tourist to have.

* Malaysian National Museum
Museum Negara lies not far from Perdana Lake Gardens. It is built in the style of a Rumah Gadang and is situated on top of a hill at Jalan Travers. The museum is a great introduction to the the hereditary and history of Malaysia.

* The National Palace
The National Palace is the home to the King of Malaysia, as the name implies it to be. It was the home to the Sultan of Selangor once the Japanese occupation of 1941 to 1945 came to an end. In 1957 however, the Government acquired the Palace to be the King's residential Palace.

* The National Mosque
The National Mosque of Malaysia can house as many as 15 thousand people at any single time. It is situated within 13 acres of landscaped gardens. The minaret which stands on the top stretches to 73 meters high.

* The Central Market
This was the main fish market of the city and is also known as Pasar Seni. However, now the main offerings are antiques and paintings, arts and crafts, clothes and souvenirs for the traveler. The building is designed in the old British colonnial style.
